Lee Precision Undersized Flash Hole Decap Mandrel, .2615" diameter, designed for use with collet necksizing dies. Some foreign made cartridge cases have flash holes of .055" or less, which is smaller than the diameter of Lee's standard depriming pin. Attempting to deprime/resize these cases with a standard pin can cause it to get stuck in the brass. This undersized mandrel is sized to correctly deprime these smaller flash hole cases without sticking.
